The guitar idea that's first heard is an idea I had in my head for probably years prior to this track. It wasn't until I showed my housemate at the time that the track found a new lease of life. Best results with headphones as there's lots of interesting things we did with sound placement, panning, reverb etc. Very cool to get lost in this track and I think it builds up awesomely too, reminds me a bit of something from a Halo OST
A lot of the piano and marble effect was roughly improvised by the pro Jon and after the recording we tidied it up a bit and sections we thought were particularly catchy and melodic we repeated.
I'm not quite sure where the title comes from, I normally title my tracks from the thought I get when I listen to them as some kind of organic approach to conceptualising it. I listen to the tracks on repeat and think of words and feelings I associate with it and hopefully come up with something that makes some kind of sense
